Do your guest rooms have safes? What fits?
A: Yes, up to the size of a small laptop
What kind of pillows are in your guest rooms?
A: Feather
Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/play yards? Is there a charge?
A: The hotel doesn’t accommodate rollaways, however Pack n Play’s are available on a first come first serve basis.

A: Yes, the Gulf State Park Tram is available to guests for rides within Gulf State Park

A: Yes, the hotel has direct beach access via two boardwalks

A: Yes, The Lodge has an outdoor pool
Do you provide beach chairs and umbrellas?
A: Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided by a third party, Ike’s Rentals. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are $45 for one day, $80 for two days.
Do you have a spa?
A: No
Is the hotel entirely non-smoking?
A: Yes, The Lodge is a smoke-free facility
Is the hotel pet-friendly?
A: No, The Lodge is not pet-friendly, with the exception of service animals
Are bike rentals available?
A: The Lodge and Gulf State Park have a complimentary bikeshare program. Bikes are available at The Lodge, as well as various locations in Gulf State Park
Do you have electric vehicle charging stations?
A: Yes, four electric vehicle charging stations are located in the self-parking area
Is there a resort fee?
A: No
How much do you charge for high speed/wifi internet access?
A: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for all guests. Upgraded internet services are available for a charge
Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
A: Yes, available from 7 am – 9 pm
Do you have a sundry/gift shop at the hotel?
A: Yes, the sundry/gift shop is located adjacent to the front desk
Do you sell gift cards/certificates?
A: Food and beverage gift cards are available, and are valid at Foodcraft Restaurant, Perch Restaurant, Dragonfly Bar & Grill and Roasted Oak Coffee & Wine Bar
Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
A: Yes, the fitness center has elliptical machines, stationary bike, Peloton bike, treadmills, free weights and machines weights. It is open 24 hours
Is luggage storage available before check-in and after check-out?
A: Yes, luggage storage is located adjacent to the front desk
Will there be a hold placed on funds if I use a debit card?
A: Yes, there is a $50 per day security deposit held on a guests credit card or debit card
Do you have a business center?
A: Yes, business centers are located by the elevator on floors 2 – 5
I want flowers, chocolates, champagne, gifts sent to the room. How do I do this?
